All the albums had varied from Mainstream Pop to Alternitive rock this one was worst reviewed of all yet it still had high ratings.<br /><br />Enough with Backstory lets get on with the review of the album.<br /><br />Track One :Sphere Its an electronic song that sounds pretty good and sounds like its gonna go somewhere but nope it doesnt still midway through the song there is a short guitar solo from John Frusciante then an even shorter one from Josh Klinghoffer and when the guitar solo stops stop listining to the song nothings gonna happen.<br /><br />Track Two : The Afterglow It starts out with this ringing beat noise then starts with John Frusciante with his falsetto the only thing John does in this song is sing and write the lyrics which make little sense. Josh plays all the instruments on the song which sounds really good. One of the better songs on the Album.<br /><br />Track Three : Walls This one is a hit and miss for people. I enjoy it a lot it has a wierd beat thats slightly annoying. Then John starts singing normally and it is boring for a tiny bit. Then John starts screaming showing off his singing skills. This song is the first one where Josh sings and if you haven't heard Joshes voice its pretty feminine so you might think its a chick. <br /><br />Track Four : Communique This one is just Josh on the piano the song was done in one take so it sounds very real and very emotional. Josh has very soaring vocals that are shown heavily on this song. His piano playing sounds very good. Joshes vocals sound like hes in deep emotional pain about something other than a girl. I listened and I think its about society and how messed up it is.<br /><br />Track Five: At Your Enemies: This one is ok. Its just not that great. Its Josh singing again and the song gets pretty built up towards the end. Im sorry but I can't write much more its just a meh song.<br /><br />Track Six : Surrogate People: This one opens with a synth riff then an acoustic riff after that and Josh is singing again. But this time wiht John on backup then lead towards the end. The drums are a nice addition to this song as it makes it sound really big. But the best part is Johns part you just have to listen to know why its better than Joshes part.<br /><br />Track Seven : My Life At 1:36 seconds this is the shortest song on the album but its the best one on it.
